WTF: Man caught on CCTV trying to 'get pic woman’s private parts under skirt'



A video captured by CCTV cameras of a person apparently taking a picture along with his phone below a woman's skirt at a petroleum station in Veldenvlei, Richards Bay has gone viral on social media.

In the video, a person carrying a blue shirt will be seen bending down and slippery his cellular phone between the feet of the girl who is standing ahead of him.

He seems to be taking a photograph or video on his phone.

Sensing something is amiss, the girl turns around and catches the person within the act, who then pretends to be busy with something else on the ground.

According to the Zululand Observer, the woman, who is bent pressing charges, was reportedly turned far from Richards Bay police headquarters once trying to open a case.

The video has had over three hundred shares on Facebook and lots of labeling the person a ‘sicko’.

“This guy tied his invisible shoelaces!” scan one comment.

“Why block his face? find out who this guy in Richards Bay is and charge him consequently. He deserves to be penalized,” aforesaid another.

King Cetshwayo SAPS Cluster communications officer, Captain Mbongeni Mdlalose, says police are conscious of the incident and are presently investigation. 

The woman’s claim she was turned away by police is additionally being investigated, he added.
